Alan Watts animated by the dudes who do South Park... has some pretty amazing video. This was a pretty cool series that they did on the Mexican drug wars, Mormons and the Romney family...

Thomas Paine Redux

"All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian or Turkish, appear to me no other than human inventions, set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit."
- Thomas Paine

Hmmmmmm...Where has this enlightenment thinking been put into policy.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

First the lettuce fields, then the world.

I for one will welcome our new lettuce-robot overlords.

"Robots built and programmed to perform tedious, back-breaking tasks such as thinning and weeding lettuce fields could make labor shortages on the farm a distant nightmare for industrial agricultural operations of tomorrow. " (from

Election Fraud

There will most likely be more types of these stories coming up in the next week or so...

 Interesting information from
"Arizona’s Maricopa County is home to sheriff Joe Arpaio, whose controversial (to put it mildly) record includes unconstitutionally awful conditions in the local jails, reinstituting prisoner chain gangs, terrorizing Latino residents, and staging an assassination plot against himself. Arpaio is in danger of being voted out of office in two weeks, but county election officials are giving him some help, ABC 15 in Arizona reports:" (Via

On this interesting article:
"A spokesperson for the Maricopa County Elections Department admits they once again gave voters the wrong date of next month's election. Yvonne Reed confirms to ABC15 that bookmarks distributed by the elections department incorrectly listed the date of the general election in Spanish as November 8. The flip side of the bookmark correctly lists the date in English as November 6."

Ghost and Robot #1 from my other site

“Whether or not you find your own way, you're bound to find some way. If you happen to find my way, please return it, as it was lost years ago. I imagine by now it's quite rusty.”
― Norton Juster, The Phantom Tollbooth
Great site where they take interesting (strange, unusual) tweets and draw and image of them.

The house I live in

We should start having a sensible approach to drugs. In my opinion, the 'war on some drugs' has been a complete failure and waste of money.  This looks like a very interesting documentary on the subject.

"In Theaters October 5th -
Filmed in more than twenty states, THE HOUSE I LIVE IN tells the stories of individuals at all levels of America's War on Drugs. From the dealer to the narcotics officer, the inmate to the federal judge, the film offers a penetrating look inside America's criminal justice system, revealing the profound human rights implications of U.S. drug policy. Winner of the 2012 Sundance Grand Jury Prize, THE HOUSE I LIVE IN will be released in theaters on October 5th."

Free comic download.
"Psychonautica DMT the graphic novel is a series of postulations made after a breakthrough experience. Written and illustrated by Mister Strange in an attempt to record the ineffable journey in as much detail as possible, drawing correlations between the realities our world and that of the psychedelic state of mind. Now available online via Amazon in digital and paperback formats."

A good spot to pass the time watching some mind expanding documentaries.

Cool nerdy site.  Pick a year and month and then see all the covers of the comics out on the newsstand at the time.

Graham Hancock on London Real

I'm a big fan of Graham Hancock's work.  This is a very informative interview.  I'm going to have to check out some of London Real's other shows.
